FAQ

1. Do I need to be based in Canberra, or Surrounding Region to work with you?

For Photography, yes,
I am located in Canberra which means I am only limited to Canberra and Surrounding regions. I'm happy to travel remotely however additional costs will be quoted.

For Artworks, No! All I need is a reference photo for the painting. Everything is virtual!

2. How many images can I expect? (Photography)

This answer is circumstantial, We will discuss this at the Pre-Session Consultation. Or just enquire via Email and let me know which package caught your eye. (For Photography)

3. How long does it take for custom work  and How do you send my completed images?

Art - A Draft will be sent for your review on the day discussed at consultation.

Photography - Images are delivered within 14 business days of your shoot date as a draft.  Once you have paid your final payment. You will then receive an email with a link to an online gallery to view and download your images.

4. What format do you supply the images in?

5. What kind of usage license is supplied with the images?

6. What happens if I want to make changes to my images after I receive them?

What format do you need them in? The default is jpeg files.

Should require your images in PNG, TIF or other formats please provide this information on the pre-session consultation.

7. ARE CUSTOM ARTWORKS REFUNDABLE?

You have full permission to use your images for any legitimate marketing purpose. This includes online selling platforms, brochures, website, social media, print advertising, packaging etc.

You may not on-sell the images to any third party, or use the images in a paid product without permission.

As the photographer, I retain the copyright of the image as well as the right to use the images in my portfolio and marketing materials.

Minor edits are free, however, colour changes and extensive photoshopping/retouching will incur a fee.

We would have discussed your needs prior to the shoot at the Pre-Session Consultation.

What you should know before securing your commission:

1.Low quality reference photo = Minimal detail portrait.

The expectation is Olivia will make your artwork photo like. If there's not enough reference provided for close up detailing  then the artwork will look more airbrushed. Not like my close up hyper realistic paintings.

2. High quality close up reference photo A higher attention to detail in portraits. -

To have Olivia do her best to accurately capture what you are after she needs as many reference images you can give her. Keep in mind for realistic paintings distance limits the amount of detail you would see in a portrait. For close up portraits Olivia can make the artwork more realistic with detailing (See examples in the Realism section of the website).

As this is a custom made original piece of art, You are paying for the Artists time. Custom artworks are non refundable as we would have agreed upon the layout and design prior to starting the artwork.

If you are not happy with your custom artwork Olivia will discuss alternatives.
